WHY YOU SHOULD JOIN?

Because you have some level of self respect . You know the time has come to throw out or even burn some of the pairs you currently own. Plus, what's better than new undies...especially ones you don't even have to leave your house to get? .....The answer is nothing. Nothing is better.

2 spankin' new pairs of skivvies every month! The package you choose will determine the styles and cuts you receive.

Rump Roast - 2 cheekies/hipsters

Tenderloin - 1 thong + 1 cheekie/hipster

HOW DOES SKIVVIE NIX WORK?

  1. You simply sign up by selecting your desired cut of undies (comes with 2 pairs/month).
  2. Choose your size.
  3. Choose your color preference.
  4. Choose your subscription term. Month to Month or prepay for 3, 6, or 12 months.
  5. Create an account with your shipping address & billing details.

    6. From there, we will bill and supply you with new undies every month. You can cancel anytime. Shipping in the U.S. is always FREE!

WHAT IF I WANT TO SWITCH MY PACKAGE CUT, SIZE, or COLOR PREFERENCES?

For you month to month subscribers, not a problem. Login to your account, and edit your subscription details as needed. Should you get in a pickle, shoot us an email and we'll make the necessary adjustments for you. (If that's not customer service, we don't know what is.) Changes will be effective in your following order.

For those 3, 6, or 12 month prepay customers, this is a bit more tricky. Your changes won't go into effect until your prepaid term is complete. Should you want to make these changes before the term end, please email us and we will make a note to your account of the necessary changes.

REMEMBER: Any changes must be made by the 16th of the month, if you want them to be reflected in the following shipment (shipped within 1st week of each month)! If you are canceling a subscription, that must be done BEFORE your rebill date 16th!

HOW MANY PAIRS OF SKIVVIES WILL I RECEIVE PER MONTH?

Every month you will receive 2 pairs of underwear. We're working on ways to deliver even more skivvies each month. Please stand by.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

You can cancel your subscription account at anytime without so much as a peep from us. We get it, financial circumstances change, shit happens. However, if you are experiencing other issues with our service, please let us know so we at least have a fighting chance to redeem ourselves!

1. Log into your Skivvie NIX account

2. Click ‘Edit’ on your list of active subscriptions

3. Click ‘Cancel Subscription’

4. Make sure to confirm your changes.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Because of the intimate nature of underwear, we cannot accept returns. WOMP WOMP. Surely you can understand why. After all, part of the fun of Skivvie NIX is the mystery, and the convenience of course.

WHAT IF I’M NOT SATISFIED?

Talk about a sad face :( Please email us and tell us why. We won't know how we can improve if you don't bring it to our attention. We'll do our best to turn that frown upside-down :)

IS IT POSSIBLE TO SKIP A MONTH?

Affirmative. Skivvie NIX now allows you to skip a month whenever your lil heart desires.

You can do so by doing the following:

1. Log into your Skivvie NIX account

2. Click ‘Edit’ on your list of active subscriptions

3. Click ‘Skip Next Shipment’ (NOTE: This must be done BEFORE your next rebel date on the 17th.)

4. ‘Confirm Change’ and you’re all set!

WHAT MATERIAL IS YOUR UNDERWEAR MADE OF?

Each pair varies. Many consist of cotton, modal, nylon, polyester, etc. fabrics blended with spandex (Ahhh, the beauty of STRETCH). If there is a certain material you are allergic to or simply just prefer not to wear, shoot us an email and we will do our best to meet your needs.

WHAT'S THE BEST WAY TO CARE FOR/WASH MY NEW UNDIES?

Like your heart, underwear is delicate and should be treated with care. For longer lasting chonies, we suggest washing your intimates inside a laundry wash bag.

WHAT IF I’M REALLY PICKY?

C'mon, live a little! We promise cute patterns and flattering fits. But feel free to add any specific likes or dislikes in the "Anything else we should know?" part of your preferences profile. Mmmmkay?

WHAT IF I RECEIVED THE WRONG SIZE?

That's it, someone's getting fired! Not really, but shame on us! Shoot us an email and we'll fix the problem

WHERE ARE YOUR UNDERWEAR MANUFACTURED?

Our skivvies are mostly manufactured overseas. Every brand we work with is differnt.

DO YOU HAVE A REFERRAL PROGRAM?

We recently discontinued our "proper" referral program because no one was using it (sad face), and we were paying far too much to keep it in play. BUT... While we don't have the link sharing system set up any longer, we will gladly still honor our 1 for 1 promise (for every 1 successful person you refer, you get 1 month FREE). If your friend does indeed sign up, please email us with his/her name and we'll make sure you get 1 month FREE!

CAN I OPT FOR A MORE ECO-FRIENDLY TYPE OF PACKAGING?

We get it, styrofoam is not for everyone. In fact, we are working to update our packaging to something just as cool (but more eco-friendly). If you'd prefer to receive yours without styrofoam, please shoot email us and we'll make your dreams a reality.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

It’s chill. You’re welcome to cancel anytime. However, to make everyone’s life a bit more chill, we suggest that you do so BEFORE your next bill date on the 17th. Should you have any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to email us.

WHEN WILL I BE BILLED?

You will be billed imediately upon subscribing. Once you receive your first Skivvie NIX shipment, you’ll then start on our regular billing and shipping cycle. This means you'll be billed on the 16th of each month and your undies will ship out during the first week of the following month. You can also login to see what date your subscription will renew on. See "My Subscription(s).

HOW OFTEN WILL MY SUBSCRIPTION BE RE-BILLED?

Depending on the term you choose, subscriptions will automatically renew accordingly...

For example: if you bought a one month subscription in September, you would next be billed on October 16th.

If you bought a 3 month plan in December, you would next be billed on March 16th (for another 3 months)

NOTE: Should you decide to change your subscription term at any point, the new term will not go into effect until the previous term has completed its cycle.

HOW MUCH DOES SKIVVIE NIX COST?

Well, you get more BANG for your buck with our 12 month subscription (no pun intended). Why? If you purchase twelve months up front, this allows us to plan ahead and work out better deals with our suppliers and thus getting you a discounted price.

Here's how it breaks down:

12 month plan = $17/month (Prepay $204) ....$24 OFF!!!

6 month plan = $18/month (Prepay $108)

3 month plan = $20/month (Prepay $60.00)

1 month plan = $20/month + Shipping and Handling

IS THERE A FEE TO JOIN?

No fee! No shipping costs! You just pay for your Skivvies.

CAN I PAY FOR A YEAR IN ADVANCE?

Uh huh! You can even save yourself some cash-ola by doing so. We offer 3 and 6 month subscriptions too!

WHEN GIVING A GIFT, WILL MY SUBSCRIPTION BE AUTO RENEWED?

Nope. Gift subscriptions are never automatically renewed (unless you click the box that says, "Automatically renew this subscription"). If you pay for 3, 6, or 12 months upfront, that's exactly what your gift recipient will receive!

WHY IS THE TOTAL COST OF THE SUBSCRIPTION CHARGED UP FRONT?

Charging upfront makes it possible for us to gauge the number of orders to expect in a given month and thus allows our vendors and us to plan for some kick ass future deliveries. It also doesn’t suck that you pay LESS per month when you pay up front. Winning!

WHY WAS MY SUBSCRIPTION RENEWED?

We try to best communicate that all of our subscriptions renew automatically, alas, sometimes these things slip through the cracks. We just want to be sure that you don’t miss a shipment and that your undie drawer remains fresh as a daisy. If you’d like to cancel your subscription and make sure that it doesn’t renew again, you can do so by logging into your account. OR feel free to contact us with any issues or questions at memberservices@skivvienix.com. We’re chill.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY FIRST ORDER?

All orders are shipped out during the first week of each month. For new subscribers, you can expect your package to ship during the first week of the following month. For instance, if you subscribed anytime between September 1st and 30th, your fist shipment will go out that first week in October. Expect 2-5 days for shipping. On rare occation, USPS has a bit of trouble getting thier act together, thus it might take longer.

I MOVED. HOW CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Too easy! Log into your account with your email and passowrd, click the "Edit Settings" button, make the necessary changes and click save! (If your address is not updated by the 1th of each month, your Skivvie Nix will go to the address currently on file).

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? IF SO, WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

You bet your sweet ASS we do! We charge a flat $6 internatioanl shipping fee per order. This fee currently covers the following countries: Canada, Australia, United Kingdo, France, Germany, Denmark, Ireland, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Sweden, Austria, and Italy. If your country is NOT listed here, there is a $9 international shipping fee per order.

CAN I GIFT A SKIVVIE NIX SUBSCRIPTION TO A SISTER, BFF, GIRLFRIEND, COUSIN, ETC?

Duh! In fact, you’d be a fool not to. Everyone loves new underwear. Choose to gift a 1, 3, 6, or 12 month subscription. Pay once and you never have to think about it again. It’s the gift that keeps on giving! FYI: Gifts will not automatically renew, but our regular subscriptions do, so be sure to select the Gift option when you start your order from the home page, or get started here.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE MY GIFT SENT BEFORE THE USUAL SHIP DATE?
